Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra

For me, Yin Yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, and Yoga Nidra are powerful tools for finding peace and balance in a hectic world. In my classes, I’ll guide you through practices specifically designed to reduce anxiety, stress and calm the nervous system while easing physical and mental tensions.

Each class is unique and tailored. We incorporate gentle physical yoga elements like Yin Yoga and stretches or prepare for specific techniques we’ll explore that day. We also explore different breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and Yoga Nidra to cultivate greater inner awareness and reconnect with yourself.

As you progress in your practice, you’ll learn to direct your attention inward, reflect, and nurture that deep connection with yourself.
