Vinyasa Flow is my passion. It’s a practice where poses blend with the rhythm of breath, creating a fluid dance that releases tension and brings you to a state of inner calmness and strength.
In my classes, I’ll guide you through dynamic sequences that help increase flexibility, tone muscles and discover new strengths in your body and mind.
We begin each class with a few minutes dedicated to calming the mind and connecting with our breath. Then, we immerse ourselves in the practice of asanas, maintaining mindfulness in every movement and breath. We finish with a few minutes of final relaxation, allowing all the work we’ve done to integrate deeply within ourselves.
